Joe Leonard is the Procurement and Financial Specialist at Georgetown University’s Center on Education and the Workforce. He focuses on consultant hiring, procurement of services, and financial tracking. This involves constant coordination with staff, consultants, and vendors to ensure, from a financial perspective, that the report workflow can keep moving.

Prior to joining the center, Joe served as a Project Manager for the Mexico Rule of Law III project at Management Systems International. He also has previous experience working as a translator, English teacher, and as a field organizer on the 2012 Obama presidential campaign. In addition, he interned at Sustainable Bolivia in Cochabamba, Bolivia and spent a year of his undergraduate education studying in Santiago, Chile.

Joe earned a B.A. in International Relations and Spanish from California State University, Chico.
