Kim Dancy is a Senior Analyst at the Georgetown University Center on Education and the Workforce. She conducts research, produces data analysis and visualization, assists with the editing and production of Center reports, and is heavily involved in establishing the Center’s expansion to state-level work.
Currently, she is involved in research related to Career and Technical Education in the nation’s community colleges, including the use of Competency-Based curriculum delivery and noncredit courses in workforce training. Additionally, Kim has been working with the University of Texas system to assess student’s labor market outcomes across different fields of study and campus branches.
Kim holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan, and a Master’s of Public Policy from Georgetown’s McCourt School of Public Policy. She has worked with the Center since 2013.
