Mutiara Alam Addini is a Research Associate at the Georgetown University Center on Education and the Workforce. She supports the senior analysts and senior staff with quantitative and qualitative research, data analysis, and other duties for Center publications.
Prior to the Center, Alam worked as a Graduate Fellow at the Causal Design Cambodia Office on impact evaluation projects in the sanitation and agriculture sector. Coming from Indonesia, she has worked in economic development with a focus on Southeast Asia. She also worked for JICA in assisting the Ministry of Industry in Indonesia with implementing a support delivery model for small industries in cooperation with the local government and the private sector.
Alam is currently completing her final year of a graduate program in International Development Policy at Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy. She is also a Student Leader at Global Social Enterprise Initiative (GSEI) at Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business. Alam holds a BS in Economics from the University of Indonesia.
