Kathryn Peltier Campbell is editorial director and senior writer/editor at the Georgetown University Center on Education and the Workforce (CEW). She directs content development and editorial processes for CEW publications and works closely with CEW’s researchers, writer/editors, and communications professionals to draft, edit, and publicize research reports and other projects.
Kathryn has extensive experience editing and writing publications focused on diversity and equity in postsecondary education and on the monetary and nonmonetary value of college credentials. Her work is driven by an interest in ensuring that every individual has the opportunity and means to thrive in the workforce and in civic life.
Before joining CEW, Kathryn was senior academic editor at the American Association of Colleges and Universities (AAC&U), where she edited the periodicals Liberal Education and Diversity & Democracy, along with a variety of reports, monographs, and other communications vehicles focused on diversity, civic engagement, and global learning. She also directed the organization’s publishing on gender equity in higher education.
Kathryn has an MA in English and a BA in English and physics from the University of Virginia.
