Maryam Noor is a communications and media relations specialist at the Georgetown University Center on Education and the Workforce (CEW). In her role, Maryam produces outward-facing communications materials for CEW and liaises with reporters and editors to secure media coverage for the center’s research.
Before joining the CEW team, Maryam gained work experience in nonprofit and career-connected learning settings in Seattle, Washington. She also previously freelanced as a journalist.
Maryam holds an MPA degree from the Daniel J. Evans School of Public Policy and Governance. Prior to this, she graduated from the University of Washington, Seattle, with a dual bachelor’s degree in journalism with honors and economics.
