Senior Research Analyst
Lulu Kam is a Senior Research Analyst at the Georgetown University Center on Education and the Workforce. Her main research interests are in social stratification and inequality and the determinants of educational and economic mobility.
Prior to joining CEW, Lulu was most recently a data and analytics associate at Springboard Collaborative, where she led the quantitative analysis of programmatic data. Before that, she worked at the Census Bureau as a survey statistician and was stationed at the National Science Foundation, where she examined racial and gender differences in science and engineering attainment.
Lulu received her PhD in sociology from the University of Michigan and was affiliated with the Population Studies Center at the Institute for Social Research. She received an EdM from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a BA in Asian Studies and Comparative Literature from Cornell University.
