Andrew Hanson, senior analyst, met with the Federal Reserve for the preparation of the Survey of Young Workers 2015. In today’s labor market, workers are increasingly acting as their own agents of employment, rather than as employees of a particular firm.  As the relationship between employers and workers shifts, employers may be less likely to provide salaries and traditional benefits to workers. Andrew provided feedback helping to identify issues specific to LMI individuals and underserved communities.
